- 5 Boiled Eggs
- 1/2 inch piece of Cinnamon
- 1 Cardamom
- 2 Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds

- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- as per your taste Salt
- as required Water
- 3 1/2 tsp Oil
- leaves As required few Coriander
Steps to make to make Egg Kurma / Egg curry / Egg Gravy
- Slit the boiled eggs on 3 sides.
- Place a fry pan on the stove. Switch on the flame. Pour 1/2 tsp Oil, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/4 tsp Chilli powder and little salt. Add the eggs and saute on a medium flame for 2 mins.
- In a currypan add 3 tsp Oil. Once the oil gets heat add cinnamon, cardamom,cloves and cumin seeds. Fry for a minute.
- Add the onions fry until onions becomes translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins in medium flame.
- Add remaining turmeric powder, remaining chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute for a minute.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes in medium flame.
- Add required water. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
- Meanwhile grind the coconut to a smooth paste. Then add the paste to the curry. Cover and cook for about 5 mins.
- Then add the fried eggs and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
- Serve with Chapathi and Roti.
