Steps to make to make Nawabi Paneer/White Gravy

  1. Heat 1Tbsp oil/ghee & add whole garam masala, green chillies,saute 2-3mins, followed by sliced Onion.
  2. Continue cooking Onion covered 10-14mins with a cup of hot water till they become soft, do not let the onion change its colour,add ginger garlic & saute for 2-3 mins, cool down the mixture
  3. In the meantime time, soak all dry nuts & seeds in hot water & grind them to smooth paste with hot milk.
  4. Grind the cooked onion ginger garlic paste.
  5. Heat Ghee,saute Bay leaves, followed by onion gravy for 10-12mins, then the white ground paste,cook for 2-5 mins.
  6. Add salt, curd garam Masala powder& cook for 2-5 mins, followed by paneer & saute for 5-8 mins.
  7. Finish of with fresh cream & Kasoori methi. Serve hot with roti/ parathas of your choice.
